By registering for OfferBang you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. OfferBang is a subscription service where you can design web pages and offers to sell a product. OfferBang may not be used for illegal purposes, and users are responsible for ensuring they comply with all laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

You may not use copyrighted templates and other content provided from OfferBang, except for content that is provided with an active OfferBang subscription. If you cancel your OfferBang subscription, you must immediately remove all content created using OfferBang. OfferBang has the right to cancel and deny service to any customer for any reason.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the OfferBang service, please contact us within 30 days of creating your membership and we will refund the payment for your first month of the OfferBang service. Any additional refunds will be made at the sole discretion of OfferBang.
